Founded in July 2017, SARL SINO ALGERIENNE DE PLASTIC, also known as SINOPLAST, is positioned at the forefront of technological innovation in the recycling industry. Headquartered in Hammedi, Boumerdes Province, Algeria, SINOPLAST specializes in the advanced recycling and processing of post-consumer PET plastic materials into high-quality products. With a commitment to environmental sustainability and innovative technology, SINOPLAST has carved a place in the global market as a leader in the circular economy.

Facilities and Labor

Occupying a 30,000 square meter facility in the heart of Algeria, SINOPLAST operates with a diverse team consisting of over 200 Algerian employees and 12 Chinese employees. This multicultural workforce supports our operations, fostering a blend of local expertise and international perspectives that drive our success.

Main Operations

At SINOPLAST, we focus on the complete life cycle of plastics, from collection to recycling and final transformation into new products. Our state-of-the-art processing techniques include high-purity sorting, bottle-to-bottle cleaning and impurity removal at exceptional rates. This allows us to produce a range of recycled PET (r-PET) products, including fiber and bottle grade pellets, sheet materials and various thermoformed products. Our innovative approach ensures that recycled plastics are returned to the market as premium products, used in food packaging for cups, utensils, beverage bottles, as well as in the textile and automotive industries. By transforming discarded materials into valuable new forms, SINOPLAST supports sustainable practices in various sectors.

SINOPLAST proudly exports its products to more than ten countries and regions around the world. Our commitment to quality and sustainability has earned us a strong international reputation, positioning us as a trusted partner in the global recycling industry. The upcoming production of 40,000 tonnes per year of high purity PET bottle flakes further amplifies our ability to meet growing global demands.
